  11. Our office is usining Nortel KSU system with DID (Direct-inward-Dial)
  12. phone trunks.  We are using FaxTalk as the Voice Mail for our main
  13. phone number and all other callers that dial in using other phone
  14. numbers need to enter an extension  # in order to transfer to the
  15. particular Voice Mail box.

  17. Are there any device that let FaxTalk get the information from the
  18. Nortel system so that it knows which phone number the caller dial in
  19. and transfer to the particular VM box automatically?
